We're parents who value family and care about our children's future. We know that tomorrow's world will be very different from today's, and that we need to help our children prepare for it.

The problem is that we often lead crazy lives, and being parents in the 21st century isn't easy every day... Montessori, Steiner, positive education or alternative schools: it's easy to get lost and feel guilty about not giving your child the best education. The founders of Soft Kids have also been through this with their 5 children, aged between 2 and 12!

The initial idea came from our founder's experience in the human resources department of a major corporation. While working on the jobs of tomorrow, she discovered that 85% of the jobs of 2030 don't yet exist, and that soft skills are essential to prepare for them.
